What We DoResponsible for collecting and analyzing data - running various mathematical calculations to determine how data samples can best be applied to profit the business. Performs statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns. Works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources. Creates and maintains statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data. Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Collect and analyze data. Conduct data quality reviews using various tools and methodologies.
  • Test new data logic and derived content, and provide data insight for development and other internal teams.
  • Participate in projects involving new data aggregations and custom solutions.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information.
  • Create reports and presentations based on recommendations and findings.
  • May work with offshore support team that will be responsible for reoccurring fulfillments and/or QC processes.
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Typical requires 2-5 years direct related experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI preferred
  • Experience performing data quality reviews and data gap analysis
  • Ability to enhance, edit and correct data content issues based on knowledge and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface effectively with product, development, data inquiry and data fulfillment teams
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and define next steps upon completion of a data quality review process
