Overview

HILGARTWILSON, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Land Development Project Manager to become a part of our growing company. HILGARTWILSON has extensive experience providing services on many of the Valley's largest and most prestigious master-planned communities, retail, office, educational, healthcare, mixed use developments and public works projects.


Responsibilities

  • Perform overall project management responsibilities; manages multiple, complex projects with little required assistance from Project Principal.
  • Ensure a high level of morale, efficiency, and individual member performance for design team members.
  • Provide technical guidance to design team & assure design is technically sound/efficient.
  • Provide project design concepts, quality control, budget & schedule control, client coordination/satisfaction.
  • Manage all related project tracking, submittals & approvals (municipality requirements), sub-consultant coordination, and all related paperwork.
  • Ensure timely, complete and accurate billing for all work performed and cost incurred on assigned projects; assist with collections efforts as necessary.
  • Coordinate all client needs including marketing and contract issues.
  • Monitors, interprets and anticipates clients' needs and attitudes.
  • Has ability to procure work from trusted clients.
  • Engages in industry events and organizations.

Qualifications

  • Professional registration required (or approved equivalent).
  • Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering (BSCE) or related field.
  • 15+ years of combined college/technical school and progressive experience in civil engineering.
  • Demonstrate strong technical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Possess detailed understanding of local agency's engineering requirements.
