This position will be responsible for the administrative support for the leader of our Personal Banking Administration group assisting with significant event coordination and related activities. This individual will respond to a dynamic range of business initiatives along with supporting internal and external resources. Additionally, the candidate will assist with various projects, reporting, internal communication, and other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant executive admin experience
  • Must be very proficient in the use of today's workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Must display and possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with staff and management throughout the Company in a prompt and professional manner, on a wide variety of operational, strategic, and planning-related issues
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Display a strong initiative, a desire to learn new skills and/or processes quickly, solid written communication skills, and excellent organizational/planning skills
  • High standards of courtesy, performance and respect for confidentiality are essential
  • Additional necessary skills include the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once and establish priorities
  • Independent judgment is required for appropriate decision making, problem solving and priority setting
  • Some travel will be required, along with working evenings when necessary to plan/coordinate events
  • College degree and banking experience is preferred
