Job Description
Vaco is working with a dynamic and growing client to find a strong IT Leader with a background across ERP systems, application and infrastructure support. We are seeking a candidate who is more development oriented and with a keen interest in ERP systems and applications. As the IT leader, you will lead a team of 3-4 individuals responsible for supporting our operations that span across 34 locations and seven states. This role will involve 10 to 25% travel to various locations to plan and enhance our company's infrastructure as needed.
  • Lead a team to support 380+ users across 34 locations in seven states.
  • Travel to different locations to plan and improve company infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (we use Infor M3 and migrating from NetSuite to M3 for Texas business unit).
  • Oversee and manage IT projects, including upgrades, installations, data and reporting.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors (O365, Infor, MSP, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting from these systems.
  • Utilize networking expertise to enhance systems.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in progressively senior IT roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic and tactical mindset.
  • Proficiency in managing and negotiating contracts.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
