Job Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for scheduling, gathering reference information, and completing all tasks assigned as it pertains to the recruiting process lifecycle. Strong attention to detail is essential for the role. This position is a temporary, non-exempt role and reports to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Processing and entering confidential and sensitive candidate or new hire information
  • Heavy scheduling of interviews, some with a same-day turnaround time
  • Ability to complete tasks assigned, while following internal processes and adhering to deadlines
  • Administer background check process
  • Initiate offer letters, employment agreements, approval processes, and ensure prompt follow up and communication to Recruiting and Human Resources
  • Administrative and recruitment operation processes and practices
  • Analyze incoming candidate data for completion, identify discrepancies, and initiate missing information procedure in order to update the candidate/client on additional information needed to proceed with the file
  • Conduct verifications by contacting references, following standard operating procedures and privacy regulations
  • Assist with general recruitment inquiries
  • Assist with developing and documenting recruiting department process guides
  • Work individually or as part of a team to complete deliverables
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Adhoc tasks and projects as they arise, which may include support in other regions the company operates in

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
  • 1+ year professional experience with scheduling & calendar knowledge a plus
  • English communication skills (written and oral) and experience with communicating with all levels of an organization
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to switch gears quickly and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Driven and creative self-starter with passion and great work ethic
  • Ability to be resourceful
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) experience a plus
  • Applicant Tracking System experience a plus(Taleo and Bullhorn)
Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $23.00/Hr. - USD $34.00/Hr. and is a Non-Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
