Job Description
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years' experience working on commercial Architecture projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
Fluent in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
Extensive knowledge of building codes and accessibility guidelines.
Able to research various building codes and provide interpretation consistent with best-practices.
Excellent client communication and management skills.
Strong space planning skills, with focus on creating efficiencies while driving innovative planning.
Entrepreneurial attitude - must be self-motivated and self-managed and have the ability to multi-task and organize several projects at a given time.
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
Ability to excel under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments.
Team player, culture-builder.
Seeks out and responds well to feedback and direction from others.
Ability to work both independently and within the fabric of a design team.

Responsibilities:
Own the full lane of overseeing documentation produced by team, redlining drawings, coaching and mentoring team members on technical aspects of work products and quality control policies and procedures.
Champion firm standards for project delivery, internal quality assurance and control and best-practices delivery.
Collaborate with firm Architects of Record to assure work is produced to best-in-class standards, in-line with project design intent and translatable to buildable solutions.
Manage and staff projects to client deadlines.
Serve as the internal "go-to" champion for code reviews, technical content and production of contract documents.
Oversee the Construction Administration process in assuring work products are in compliance with documented design intent.
Communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means.
Interact regularly with Studio Lead as needed for the completion of assigned projects and serve as a Mentor to other design peers.
Collaborate with Studio Lead to contribute to proposal content and workflow planning.
Expected 10% travel to project sites as required.
