What We Do

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for daily research and resolution of high volume customer remittances in an Accounts Receivable environment
  • Responsible for managing and prioritizing deadlines
  • Investigates, analyzes, and coordinates simple to medium complex customer issues and problems.
  • Assist with training of business process changes for assigned areas as needed.
  • Hands-on strategic individual who works independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Participate on teams for process improvement, cost reduction and issue resolution
  • Possesses a certain degree of creativity and flexibility


What You'll Bring

  • Critical Thinking-Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Problem Solving-identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Strong computer skills including all applications in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and analyze problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Experience facilitating meetings with high level cross functional teams.
  • Experience with mainframe system, Oracle preferred.


Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Pay Range: $19.65-$26.92

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
