	Responsibilities
	PRIMARY FUNCTION: Proactively develops business relationships, by representing the company to real estate brokers, builders and individual clients. Additional responsibilities include originating and qualifying loan applicants by interviewing, informing, and counseling existing and prospective mortgage clients. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degrees from an accredited college or university. Three to four years mortgage lending experience.
